Diffuser Blends

Updated: Feb 3, 2022

One of the most common ways I use my essential oils is the diffuser. I use this diffuser recipe chart when I’m playing with mixing different scents. It’s a fun way to get creative and fill your space with fresh new scents. #8 strengthen & purify is one I have going a lot in the winter months to stay healthy. In my massage room at work, I use 4 drops of purification and 2 drops of peppermint. All oils listed in this chart are from the Young Living Premium Starter Kit which you can find on their website.

  1. Heavenly = 3 drops of Peppermint + 6 drops of Stress Away

  2. Breathe = 2 drops of RC + 2 drops of Peppermint

  3. Refreshing = 2 drops of RC = 2 drops of Peppermint + 2 drops of Lemon

  4. Calm = 3 drops of Lavender + 2 drops of Stress Away + 2 drops of Frankincense

  5. Lemony Love = 4 drops of Lemon and 2 drops of Frankincense

  6. Sweet Treat (after School) = 1 drop of Thieves + 3 drops of Lavender + 2 drops of Frankincense

  7. Energize = 2 drops of peppermint oil + 2 drops of lemon

  8. Strengthen & Purify = 2 drops of Thieves + 2 drops of Purification

  9. Fresh Air = 2 drops of Purification and 3 drops of Lemon

  10. Seasonal Support = 2 drops of Lavender + 2 drops of Lemon + 2 drops of Peppermint
