I'm hearing over and over again how the holidays got stuck in our bodies this year, haha! We've been joking in the yoga & massage studio that its the worst kind of hangover because it didn't involve booze and it didn't go away after a good night sleep.
I know for me having the kids back home has felt amazing AND like a whirlwind. I've eaten all the wrong foods and spent to much time laying around. I can feel it all.
I'm going to share with you one of my most requested videos for a self head and neck massage. This is a great one if your experiencing things like headache, jaw pain, neck pain, upper back pain. It's best to do at night before you go to bed or first thing in the morning to prevent & recover from clenching your teeth at night. You can do all of it or some of it. Any little bit helps release tension and remind the soft tissue to relax.
